Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Trend to PDF (“the Service”), a web app at trendtopdf.com that scores market demand for PDF product ideas and generates PDF guides. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old and able to form a binding agreement.
- You sign in with an email link or your Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure.
- Provide accurate information and keep one account per person.
Credits and payments
- The Service runs on credits. New accounts receive 5 free credits. Searches, PDF generation, and other actions each use a number of credits, shown in the app before you run them.
- You can buy additional credits in packs. Prices and pack contents are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
- Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or redeemed for money, and are used only within the Service.
- Credits are deducted when an action is started. If an action fails because of an error on our side, contact us and we will restore the credits.
- Purchases are final and non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise or where we decide to make an exception. If something went wrong with a purchase, email support@trendtopdf.com.
- We may change pricing, pack contents, or credit costs for future purchases and actions. Changes do not affect credits you have already bought.
AI-generated content and market data
Ideas, scores, and PDF content are produced with the help of AI models and third-party market data (such as Google Trends, news, forums, Reddit, and marketplace listings). They are provided for general information and inspiration only.
- Scores and labels such as “Hot” or “Good” are estimates. We do not guarantee that any idea will sell, earn money, or be free of competition.
- AI output can be inaccurate, outdated, or similar to other content. You are responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and editing anything before you use or sell it.
- Health, finance, parenting, legal, and similar guides are not professional advice. If you sell such content, you are responsible for adding appropriate disclaimers and for complying with the rules that apply to you.
Your content and what you may do with output
You keep ownership of the keywords and inputs you provide. Subject to these terms and applicable law, we give you the right to use, edit, and sell the PDF content and ideas generated for you, including commercially. Because AI output may be similar across users, we do not promise that it is unique or that copyright protection is available for it. You are responsible for making sure your use of the output, including images, does not infringe anyone’s rights and follows the rules of any marketplace where you sell it.
Publishing to third-party platforms
If you connect a platform such as Gumroad, you authorize us to create and update product listings on your behalf when you ask us to. You are responsible for your account on that platform, for the listings you publish, and for following that platform’s terms. You can disconnect at any time in the app. We are not responsible for the actions or availability of third-party platforms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for anything unlawful, deceptive, or harmful.
- Generate or publish content that is hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, infringing, defamatory, or that makes false medical or financial claims.
- Attempt to bypass credit limits, abuse free credits, or access another user’s data.
- Scrape, resell access to, or reverse engineer the Service, or interfere with its security or performance (including automated requests beyond normal use).
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice where needed to protect the Service or other users.
Our service and intellectual property
The Service, its software, design, and branding belong to us and our licensors. These terms do not give you any right to them except the right to use the Service as described here. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties such as Stripe, Google, and AI and data providers. Their availability and terms are outside our control.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims and costs arising from your misuse of the Service, your content or products you sell, or your breach of these terms.
Termination
You can stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by emailing support@trendtopdf.com. Unused credits are forfeited when an account is closed. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they last changed. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the updated terms.
